Owner/Administrator

Trevas Ann Younger

As owner and on-site Administrator of three Heritage Houses, Trevas holds 11 separate state licenses and is dedicated to staff development and training in an industry that is highly regulated.  She is NMSU Alum, BBA Marketing & Business. She teaches her staff finds reasons to say ‘yes’ and to make that person happy. Her Managers teach new hires to engage on every level and reminds them that “The love is in the details”.  Trevas earned a “Distinguished Alumni” Award from NMSU for her work with Small Business Development in 2020. Prior to that, she was a Public Housing Commissioner for 12 years, and later served as Vice-Chair of St. Luke’s Homeless Medical Clinic for four years.

Office Manger/Staffing

Julia Spedalieri

     For over five years Julia has been the Office Manager in charge of bookkeeping and staffing. She serves as the assistant to the administrator, Ms. Trevas.  Julia has served the long-term-care industry since she was 18 years of age, working her way up the ranks since high school. She is the most cross-trained employee on-site and is encouraged to develop and progress professionally. In her spare time, you’ll find her with the love of her life, Gianni, her son, taking a road trip, and out for an adventure.

Louis Bevenento, M.D.

“The Doctor is in” and he makes house calls! We are fortunate to have this talented physician available to Heritage House residents. In fact, most of our residents become his patients and develop strong and abiding relationships with him. Dr. Benevento is on site every Friday and available for on-call emergencies.

Mary, a five-year employee, is our “Activity Coordinator Extraordinaire”.  Ms. Trevas and Mary design a diverse and engaging day program for the elderly and our disabled clients. Mary knows how to have fun and has a special fondness for the people she serves.

Head Chef Robin Fields

Robin has spent a lifetime as a cook and has, for over four years, served as the manager of Heritage’s kitchen and culinary services. He first learned how to cook for large numbers while serving in the  U.S. Army.  Since then, his cooking skills have evolved and flourished.  Today he is responsible for developing the Heritage House menus, directs shopping, oversees compliance with State health regulations, and teaches other cooks how to cook and serve culinary delights for up to 120 plates a day. In his spare time, he serves as a Pastor at a local church and is loved by many, especially his wife, Sheila, his grandchildren and extended family. 

Wellness Director/LPN

Jody Bell, LPN

Jody has been a licensed nurse for over six years. Her background includes senior, hospice, and assisted-living care. She instructs our caregivers in the principles and practice of “good nursing” and possesses the insight and wisdom to prevent the preventable. Jody is a valuable asset in her own right and as an assistant to our physician.
