Heritage House prides itself on published and transparent pricing and keeping our homes affordable for our seniors and their families. There are no add-on and hidden fees at the end of the month. Rates are based upon 1/2 rent and 1/2 services. At this time, gross receipts tax is not calculated on the rent portion.  If your loved is on Medicaid, there is a co-pay as Medicaid only pays the services portion, not rent.  We do not charge for medication management as some competitors do.

Price is dependent upon several factors. The type of room, private or companion if selected, and the view or location of the room. All rooms have private baths and there is one large ADL bathroom in each house where our residents are pampered with personal care and attention.
